An exciting night in a tent with the sound of the sea and the exotic scent of the palm trees? Who didn't enjoy playing tents as a kid? You don't have to do without it as an adult either, because we have visited a very special unique spot for you! Glamping - glamorous camping - is the name of this new 2022 trend and finds its perfection in Bali Beach Glamping.
Founded in 2019, the owners have created an absolute must-see with a mix of outdoor romance and hotel comfort. 40 luxurious tent villas are idyllically nestled between a sandy beach and traditional rice fields, about 15 minutes by car from Canggu. As soon as you enter the resort, the sea sparkles at you from afar and the relaxed atmosphere captivates you.
The tents enchanted us with their Southeast Asian charm and left us with absolutely nothing to be desired. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and gave us pure relaxation despite the camper feeling. We were able to open the tent walls as we wished, giving the feeling of being one with nature. At the same time there was the comfort of a very nice bathroom and air conditioning. Our own little terrace has really grown on us. A nap in a deck chair while a light breeze blows through the palm trees made us completely forget everyday life. The yoga mat can also be rolled out here to welcome the day with the sun salutation.
The infinity pool exceeded all of our expectations and made us want to jump right in. Especially the panoramic view of the sea is just stunning, so you could spend hours here. Right by the pool you can get delicious drinks at the Beach Club. The restaurant and the service also fully convinced us. We were particularly impressed by the local, beautifully prepared dishes. While eating you can enjoy the breathtaking view to the fullest and even the most stubborn worry lines on your forehead will finally disappear. In the cooking class, there is even the opportunity to cook local dishes yourself and immerse yourself in the world of exotic spices and herbs. A treatment at the spa is also at the top of the list. The oils and body products smell so wonderful that you can let yourself go completely relaxed.
Another big plus is the almost 1000 m2 large lawn area, which can be enchantingly designed with the resort equipment and thus offers an amazing ambience for wedding ceremonies. It can be booked for up to 300 guests at an incredibly low price. It is also ideal for yoga classes and meditations. Since we couldn't get enough of the stunning evening sunsets, because they were indescribably beautiful, we spontaneously used the area for a unique photo shoot.
There are many great and exciting excursion possibilities as well. One of our absolute highlights was horse back riding. The ride on the warm horseback over the black sand towards the sunset was an unforgettable experience. You can also explore the area with a quad ride or with an electric mountain bike. Boat tours can be booked to nearby islands to admire turquoise bays and impressive cliffs. The urge to move is also satisfied here: from snorkeling and rafting to surfing and water sports, everything your heart desires is there.
We felt really inspired and adventurous with the many possibilities. What particularly impressed us about this glamping spot is the great price-performance ratio. Everything was clean and lovingly designed, the employees were very attentive and tried hard - and all of this at a low budget price. It is a beautiful piece of earth that we found difficult to part with and that really makes us want to go on a tent adventure again.
