After Australia and Hong Kong, a new urban resort by Ovolo property has recently opened in Indonesia and pleasantly surprised us with its special concept.
191 uniquely designed rooms of different categories were built - separated from the beach in Kuta-Legian only by a street. Kuta Beach is listed as the best sunset spot on the island, with plenty of entertainment options nearby.
Each floor offers a unique and exceptional experience. Australian photojournalist Jason Childs is one of the best surf photographers in the world. In each room is a collection of his photographs that he has taken over the years.

We opted for the Top Gun Suite with two separate rooms and a living area with a comfortable sofa. This room offers something extraordinary:
A private, top-stocked minibar with a shaker, jigger, sieve, bar spoon and various alcoholic ingredients. Here you can live out your creativity as a bartender.
A large, stylish fridge is also available here so that you have cool water available should you come back from an extensive surfing lesson, which can be booked directly at the hotel. This hotel runs its own surf school in cooperation with "Quiksilver Bali Surf Academy".
The absolute highlight here is the rooftop pool with a large terrace and a fantastic view of Kuta Beach, where you can watch the surfers riding the perfect wave. You can order a delicious cocktail at the bar and simply forget the time around you for a moment in the comfortable lounge furniture.
In addition, there are many activities offered by the hotel. You have round-the-clock access to the wellness zone and the hotel has brand new fitness equipment from TRX, boxes, a balancing surfboard and much more.
